Q.What materials are used to manufacture our jewellery?

A. All of our costume jewellery is silver or gold plated over a base metal.  Rhodium is added to prevent tarnishing.

 None of the jewellery on our website (or any item at our shows) contain Nickel.  For a more detailed analysis of the exact materials please email us with the name of the product and we will endeavour to give you a comprehensive breakdown.

 

Q. What are our delivery charges and times?

A. Our current delivery charge to all mainland UK addresses is £3.95 per package.  Orders over £50 (exclusive of any delivery charge) receive free delivery.  This is UK standard delivery that takes 3-6 days from date of despatch.  At Parsons & Jack we will attempt to despatch your item within 2 working days however during peak trading times this may not be possible. Please refer to our T&Cs for further information.

 

Q. Do we deliver internationally?

 A. We currently only deliver to the UK through the website. If however you live further afield and wish to purchase an item please email us and we will be more than happy to provide you with a quote to addresses within the EU.

 

Q. What is our return and refund policy?

 A.  If the goods you receive are faulty Parsons & Jack will either a) reimburse you the full amount, including delivery charges if you return them to us by the cheapest method possible (ie up to £3.95) at such time as we receive them back, b) will offer  a free replacement (including delivery charges) or c) in some cases will repair the goods and return them to your original delivery address at no further cost to yourselves.  If the goods are returned to us because you have changed your mind we will reimburse you the cost of the items only (ie you must pay for the items to be returned to us and you will not be reimbursed for the original delivery charge, if any was added).  Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons Parsons & Jack cannot accept the return of any items such as earrings unless they are faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  For further details please read our T&Cs page.

 

Q. Where are our products sourced from?

A. The items for sale on our website are sourced from all over the world.

Q. How can I maintain the look of your jewellery?

A.  To get the best out of our fashion  jewellery and prolong its life it is best to be cleaned with a dry cloth.  No harsh and abrasive chemicals should be used.  Prolonged exposure to moisture can adversely affect the life of our products as can products such as perfume, make up and beauty products.

For sterling silver items a dry jewellery cloth or cleaning products sold specifically for silver are recommended.
